Digiview Security Systems Ltd provides a wide range of quality security camera systems to individual and corporate clients across Jamaica. In addition to providing direct installations through our team of well trained and knowledgeable technicians, we also supply systems to end users, resellers, installers and other security companies in the industry.
For the last nine years, Digiview Security has been solely focused on the dynamic security camera segment of the security industry. As a result of these years of experience, we are able to offer our clients a complete package from island wide site visits, installations, maintenance, upgrades, aftersales services, including DVR Integrity Tests, Remote Recording, Firmware Upgrades and in-house repairs.
Since our inception, we have been the exclusive supplier in Jamaica of the one of the best international brands, TVT, and we carry an extensive range of their products, combined with direct factory support.
We believe that a security system is as only strong as its weakest point so we ensure that our cameras, DVR’s and NVR’s are of the highest quality, and that our connectors, wires, power supplies and hard drives are of equally high quality. We have the necessary tools to install, test and make sure that the installation and maintenance of all our products is as smooth as possible. We also provide excellent after-sales services.
One of the most important aspects of our service is that we always have a high quantity of stock on hand as well as a large number of technicians available. As such, we pride ourselves on being able to do installations effectively and quickly once confirmed. At any one time, we will have over 1200 cameras in stock, 150 DVRs, 50 NVRs, over 100 hard drives, 500 rolls of wire as well as all the relevant accessories. We offer a warranty on all our products and should any problems arise, we are able to address them quickly and will replace with the latest equipment if necessary.

With technology improving so rapidly we are able to offer more solutions than ever before. Not just from a security standpoint, but from a management one. Our systems can be customized to meet our clients needs, whether those be for a one camera security solution or 200 plus camera system.
All of our systems can be viewed remotely on all computers, tablets or smart phones from anywhere in the world. Our FREE NVMS (Central Monitoring Software) feature is very popular with many businesses. It allows multiple IP, Standard Definition or High Definition cameras, located at separate locations, to be viewable remotely on one monitor. We have provided this type of solution for a large number of prominent Jamaican companies, several of which have over 200 cameras island wide all being monitored from one control room.
Since 2016, our main focus for corporate customers has been IP based systems, with H265 compression, and many smart features. This includes specific space allocation for data storage, and new search features. Video analytics will be available on existing N9000 NVRs with firmware upgrade at the end of the first quarter 2017.
In addition we have our mobile command centre, which is a fully operational Mobile surveillance unit, which can be deployed within 3 hours. This Van has the ability to monitor 64 cameras, with 8 on the actual van, 2 of which are 20X 3Mega Pixel PTZ cameras.
